Pre-June 1st Teams

If you team ALREADY has a trip booked and the trip is BEFORE June 1, 2009 We are thankful for your participation and have great need of your assistance in finishing the final homes that we will construct. PLEASE do not minimize your value to us by thinking that we are done. We are still pouring foundations and beginning 3 homes in February which will need to be completed by June 1st- WE STILL NEED YOU!

Below is a summary of the form:

  • STEP 1 – Determine Group Size & Dates
  • STEP 2 – Read LPC Policies
  • STEP 3 – NOW Contact LPC Directly. NOTE: steps 1 & 2 MUST be completed before calling Lynne Sabin to confirm your requested dates (228.493.8747 or lsabin@lpcpca.com) Please leave Lynne a message with your team name, dates requested, etc. If you do not receive a call back immediately, please be patient. Lynne fields many calls each week and she will call you back.
  • STEP 4 – Pay your deposit & FAX the signed form from the PDF file on the mission trip forms page back to Lagniappe.(within 15 days of making your reservation)
    STEP 5 – Fill out & Mail Waivers (within 45 days of your trip start date)
  • STEP 6 - Skill Assessment Online (within 45 days of your arrival date)
  • STEP 7 – Pay Final Balance (30 days prior to your arrival date) and communicate males/females coming on your trip
  • STEP 8 – Communicate with Lagniappe, via Lynne Sabin (within 30 days of arrival)
